Nuz Chagan - Co-Founder of LiWW & Global Wellbeing Lead
Nuz has been involved with LiWW from the very start and continues to drive its progress as a not-for-profit, community interest company for Wellbeing Leads and Champions to connect, learn and share best practice. Ryan Briggs - Co-Founder of LiWW & Founder of FinWELL
Ryan founded LiWW in the first lockdown of March 2022 and built the leadership team together with Nuz. Ryan created FinWELL Training Ltd to help employees understand, measure and improve financial wellbeing empowering healthier relationships with money and also leading to better mental health. Sarah Restall - Workplace Culture Change Specialist
Sarah has been working for over a decade in cultural change specific to addressing the stigma attached to mental health problems and supporting organisations with designing wellbeing strategies. She supports strategic design, delivery, coaching and mentoring and develops tools for employers to practically apply in their workplace and passionately believes that good work is good for us and we can strategically design high-performing workplaces when we focus on building healthy cultures and healthy leaders. Dr Sabrina Robinson - Councils and Public Sector Group Lead & Wellbeing Lead at Essex County Council
Sabrina is the Wellbeing Lead at Essex County Council and also drives the LiWW Community Group for Councils and Public Sector in partnership with the PPMA (Public Services People Managers Association). Sabrina is a Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, Health Psychologist / Practitioner Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. A health and fitness science graduate having completing a master’s in Workplace Health and Wellbeing. With a career in health and fitness, recruitment and occupational health, this experience brings a background in working in and with HR teams, influencing senior stakeholders, negotiating employment agreements, and supporting others to make positive informed decisions. Lydia Hamilton-Rimmer - Policy Manager (Workforce Health)
Lydia leads the Confederation of British Industry’s (CBI) policy and advocacy work on activating the role business has to play in the prevention agenda, better utilising occupational health and workplace health interventions to drive the health of the nation and increase workforce productivity. She is working with the business community and other stakeholders including key government departments to address the importance of business led health interventions in improving the health and wellbeing of the nation’s workforce. She also works collaboratively with the health team on NHS relations and third sector. Prior to the CBI, Lydia worked for a retail trade body leading on business responsibility policies including obesity, alcohol and tobacco influencing the wider public health debate and increasing regulation in this space.
