Nuz Chagan - Co-Founder of LiWW & Global Wellbeing Lead

​Nuz has been involved with LiWW from the very start and continues to drive its progress as a not-for-profit, community interest company for Wellbeing Leads and Champions to connect, learn and share best practice.

Nuz was the Health & Wellbeing Lead for IKEA UK & Ireland and is always one of the first to recognise wellbeing trends due to her involvement with the Global Wellness Institute.

Ryan Briggs - Co-Founder of LiWW & Founder of FinWELL
​

​Ryan founded LiWW in the first lockdown of March 2022 and built the leadership team together with Nuz.

Ryan created FinWELL to help employees understand, measure and improve financial wellbeing empowering healthier relationships with money and also leading to better mental health.

Having also created the 'Money Matters Made Simple' series of events he is LiWW's Financial Health & Wellbeing Lead.

Dr Sabrina Robinson - Councils and Public Sector Group Lead & Wellbeing Lead at Essex County Council

Sabrina is the Wellbeing Lead at Essex County Council and also drives the LiWW Community Group for Councils and Public Sector in partnership with the PPMA (Public Services People Managers Association).

Sabrina is a Chartered Psychologist registered with the British Psychological Society, Health Psychologist / Practitioner Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

She is passionate about using psychological approaches to develop innovative, sustainable and impactful people strategy and wellbeing initiatives in the workplace.

Katrin ran the Mental Health & Wellbeing Training Academy for Mind and has worked with leading employers including the likes of Amazon, Arup and the Co-op.

Katrin is passionate about training and supporting wellbeing leads and champions to be ad effective as possible.

Sam is driving our Implementing Wellbeing Strategy Community Group and is also a Health & Wellbeing Adviser to B Braun.

Sam is particularly passionate about supporting Wellbeing Leads and Champions around trauma and bereavement.

She is a Mental Health and Suicide First Aider; Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) and Sustaining Resilience at Work (StRaW) Practitioner and Invisible Illness Advocate and holds the NEBOSH certificate in Managing Health and Well-being in the Workplace as-well as a Masters (with Distinction) in Workplace Health and Wellbeing.

Lydia Hamilton-Rimmer - Wellbeing Benchmarking Lead & Senior Policy Advisor (Health) at CBI (Confederation of Business Industry) 

Lydia Hamilton-Rimmer is responsible for leading the CBI’s occupational and workforce health policy work.

She is working with the business community and other stakeholders including key government departments to address the importance of business led health interventions in improving the health and wellbeing of the nation’s workforce.

She also works collaboratively with the health team on NHS relations and third sector. Prior to the CBI, Lydia worked for a retail trade body leading on business responsibility policies including obesity, alcohol and tobacco influencing the wider public health debate and increasing regulation in this space.
